YES. Although tickets can be purchased prior to the event through our ticket provider, you will be able to buy tickets at the gate on the day.

There will be seating available in our wood chop area along with an area where you can enjoy your yummy food, however due to large number of attendees seating is at a minimum. We encourage you to bring a rug, matt or camp chair to enjoy the live music, displays etc.

We suggest car-pooling. Park in the Glenreagh Village & jump on our free shuttle bus to save time in the ques. If you do wish to park on site, please purchase a Parking Pass from our ticket page.

NO. Glenreagh Timber Festival is a non licenced event.

There will minimal facilities inside the grounds. Please bring cash required for the day, OR you will be able to tap, swipe or insert your debit card at all food vendors however TELSTRA reception is very limited and may impact use of TAP & GO facilities.

YES. However, you may not get a park inside the grounds.

Yes, it is suitable for all ages. All minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. All children of the age 3 & older will be required to have a purchased ticket.

The Festival will be held on the 29th of July 2023. With Gates opening at 8:30am  for a 9:00am start. The event will run until 4:30pm. 

What Am I Permitted To Bring?

All attendees are encouraged to bring a physical copy of their ticket, in the event there are technical complications.

  1. Animals are not permitted as there will be working animals on site.

NO, you can’t bring a large trolley or esky into the event. Small, soft edged cooler bags are permitted.

Yes, a small camp chair or picnic rug is advisable to bring. There will be limited seating available. Please no marquee structures.

NO one can bring their own food. And NO liquids other than water (in a clear, sealed bottle) can be brought onsite.
