The applicant named below (“the Stall Holder”); in consideration of Glenreagh Timber Festival Committee (“the Committee”) accepting their application; agrees to indemnify the Committee and keep the Committee so indemnified against all proceedings, claims, actions, suits, costs, liabilities or demands whatsoever, injuries, death, losses or damages arising out of the breach of, or negligent performance, or failure in performance by the Stall Holder in relation to the Guidelines and Conditions of this Application.
